Stop blocking accounts

before closing an account or blocking it they must warn you for at least 10 days or up to 28 days. it is not possible and unacceptable and it is not legal to block an account with your money inside ,and when you call them they says your money will be returned after 28 days ?? it's not possible what about that money is for urgency or for a medical operation or for medicines to be bought urgently. ?? You dont have a brunch to walk and go there directly and take you funds with your identification card you have to take that in consideration. Iven if you block the account you have to realise the funds imediat in the other account that client have provided you. But you are neglecting and refusing to riturn and not responding to imails.what you are doing is illegal and is called big mistake fraud should be taken into consideration immediately many customers complain because they are facing the same problem. have gone through all this horrible moments is mounts and years. and have not returned them money. if this situation will continue you will lose customers and their confidence. everything you've built will be down in a matter of moments. if your done something then do it right and don't fool the world Reviewed on: 24th January 2019
