Straightforward initial application, which was speedy, reliable and uncomplicated. Excellent communication throughout and since. I'm satisfied that I am being rewarded with competitive interest rates, so I am not wasting time shopping for competitors and alternatives. Seamless online banking experience, accessible without excessive jargon leading to greater clarity and a simplified experience which is much welcomed especially by customers who may find internet banking more challenging. High interest rates giving fantastic rewards on my savings whilst having immediate access to those savings should i need to gives me the utmost confidence in RCI and overall satisfaction that I made the right choice upon recommendation by a trusted friend.
