Its very helpful that you can go into the bank and speak to a person for advice or to get something done whenever you are nearby. Also new cards are printed while you are there, much more efficient for the user. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Initially I went into the BS and the two women there at the time were extremely helpful. I wanted to open a savings account and was told I could do it at the 'shop' in Epsom or online. The main reason for opening online was because I couldn't transfer the opening balance in the shop without a cheque, but online I could do it electronically, rather than go into Epsom again, I went for the online route. Apart from one question I had about the process and a quick phone call sorted that out, the rest was very straight forward and the account was open and ready to go. With the very polite and helpful staff and the right product for you, go for it. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019
