Sudden credit decrease decisions following increase, no App, bad customer service line

I wouldn't exactly say they are the best on the market to be quite honest. Called them, they increase your limit and wihtin less than 20 days decrease it leaving you high and dry after you cancel you other cards. Poor customer service line, NO app. Hardly the best as they claim. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019
