Great app and features

Moved from Barclays as I needed a bank that supported Google pay and FitBit Pay. Starling does all this. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

Great but missing Google Pay

Barclays has been a great bank to us, given us a great current account and also provided a fantastic in App service BUT. They use their own payment system which is very frustrating as it's not compatible with Google Pay, although it does with Apple Pay so the Apple watch is compatible. So I had a watch I couldn't use for payment since I moved from Apple device to google. That aside, I also find their customer service centres not good, and they dont even understand Section 75 at Barclay Card and very useless. They need to listen to customers more and take note.
