Informative, polite and knowledgeable service

The advisor was keen to help get the best deal possible on our mortgage and went through a number of options available to help us decide what could save us money on a potential deal. We did find the telephone service best, with the website on the application process being a bit slower to update than we would have liked, but it was fairly easy to read and understand.
