Knowledgeable and supportive

L&C were proactive, I didn’t have to chase them ever. The staff were very knowledgeable and gave me the right information on different mortgage products for me to be able to make the best decision for me. This was vital as I’m heading towards a bit of a life crossroads and so needed the time to think things through and retain some flexibility. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
