Free, efficient, and helpful service

I was in a difficult position, trying to get a mortgage at the age of 60 for a shared ownership house. L&C did all the hard work for me, checked their lenders and offers, and found a mortgage for me. Not only did I not have to pay L&C for this work, I actually got £500 cash back as well! The process was handled efficiently through the dedicated portal, and a free rate check was offered three months later to check I still had the best rate before exchanging and completing on the purchase.
