The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining things without talking down to you. It’s easy to arrange a phone call with a real person and it’s great that the same person will follow up via email so you have a contact who knows your case. The portal is good and the fact that there is no customer facing fee makes an already expensive time a little more affordable. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Effective and great value for money

The online portal is really handy and having a dedicated broker to speak to and follow up with makes the slightly daunting task of getting a mortgage much more manageable. I will always use L&C! Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
