Their proactivity saved us thousands

They were extremely proactive and helped us secure a great mortgage offer before all the rates went crazy. If it wasn't for them being so proactive we would have lost a lot of money. They always explained everything clearly and in simple terms to help us understand. Everything was just smooth. I always recommend L&C to everyone I know, especially for first time buyers.
