Great Service with some room for improvement

I took out a personal loan with My Community Bank, and the process was remarkably easy and hassle-free. The team was incredibly understanding during a difficult period in my life, showing genuine empathy and support that made a significant difference. Their streamlined approach to loans reflects efficiency and care. However, there’s still room for improvement in their customer service experience. At times, communication felt less attentive and slightly delayed, which could be refined to better meet customer expectations.
