Good Service

When I took out my loan, it was simple explanations, and there were no hidden clauses. From the time I started making my repayments, I always got a reminder from the bank that a payment was due, which made me aware that I needed to ensure there are sufficient funds for the direct debit. Community Bank has always made enquiries from time to time if there is anything they can do and if the repayment amount is still affordable to me.
