Easy banking & saving

Started with savings account, subsequently opened current & regular savings. Very easy to open & manage the accounts, competitive interest rates and special rates for jumping a hoop or two. Very happy, have already recommended to friend who still has a savings account with Zopa. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Very impressed

Very impressed so far, have had savings accounts for a few years, super easy to open & manage, interest rates dipped n comparison with other providers so I backed off a bit but now i have a current account that pays interest and unlocks increased rates on savings so back in the game! Never had cause to complain

Never had cause to complain, can top up my account online, withdrawal in person is easy - local branch, rarely had to wait, always friendly staff, clean & tranquil environment. Savings product has maintained competitive interest rate. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

No complaints

Good old-fashioned in-person service & can view or top-up account via app - meets all my needs. Local branch, clean & serene premises, friendly staff, never had to wait more than a few minutes. Opened a saver with very good interest rate & even though rates have dropped generally it remains competitive. Very happy with experience to date. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
