Went online to update personal details. Count do this online so had to call. A clear message on the personal details screen would have helped linking me to call rather that search site for the correct update screen. Customer service advisor was helpful and efficient. Handled update immediately. Emailed confirmation of instructions straight away. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025
