Excellent customer service

I had a phone call with Mark who was really lovely and helped me cancel and rebook a car hire as its not possible online. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Really excellent customer service after a not brilliant experience on the chat function online. Talking to a human is always better!
