Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Patient and polite. Stores are clean and tidy. Plenty of choice of products with competitive interest rates. Overall a visit to the branch is a pleasurable experience and still on the high street. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

The branch i use is excellent.

The branch i use is excellent. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the services/accounts on offer. I find it to be a very pleasant experience when I need to visit the branch. It's a lot better than having to do business on line. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
