Switch New Account

Fantastic customer service available on telephone. Online banking set up extremely secure more so than High Street banks. Lots of financial products for 1st Account customers well explained by customer services assistant. I have switched from Halifax due to the increase in overdraft charges of 1p for every £6 per day from Jan 2019. First Direct overdraft is free up to £250. Will probably look at mortgage switch too. Zopa Consolidation Loan

Consolidation loan for credit card debts has lowered interest and monthly outgoing payments. Zopa very efficient online response. Better service than many banks. Peer to peer loans are good for the community because investors earn good interest rates which are better than average savings accounts in support of a financial loan which customers repay over a certain term of months.
