How is Zemplar getting an award!?

Random charges, endless phone holds, the app often cannot fetch my details, whole weekends unable to bank, and when you try to switch banks, they're one of the few who haven't signed up to the current account switch service. They're bribing customers with an entry into a £1000 prize draw "with every vote cast". GO with Starling - they're much better, cheaper, easier, ore accessible and have way better features.
