Great customer service

I've been with this bank for many years and have never had a problem when I've had to contact with an enquiry. For instance, I received a new card and went into town but my card did not work in the shop. I phoned the telephone number on the back for customer service which answered within a few minutes and was told to use the card at a cash machine to enable it. I noticed a cash machine across the road and withdrew £5.00, went back to the shop and completed my purchase with no problems. All the while the very patient customer service assistant stayed on the telephone to make sure there were no further problems as I had to use the card to enable me to travel back home.
