Information to savers

Whilst on the whole I am pleased with the customer service and interest rates offered by the Society I feel there is one major improvement that could be offered to existing savers:- Why can't emails be sent out when there are changes to the Society's interest rates or new accounts introduced ? Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
