Helpful When Opening a new ISA account

I managed to get a good interest rate ISA and there customer service at opening the account for me and Micheala helping support me was great when my bank made an error with my cheque. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

They offer good interest rates for ISAs and do speak answer the phone quickly unlike other banks where you can be on hold for a long time and speak to bots. Speaking to a person is important. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

I was advised of a certain interest saving rate

I was advised of the wrong interest rate and I had to get it resolved and investigated at a senior level, it took a long time because a lady had only passed some of the information on and some of the information she presented to her colleague was incorrect. It was resolved finally so that I received the better rate that I was offered on my initial call and not a lower one that someone tried to give me. Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
