The Step Change website is very easy to navigate and...

The Step Change website is very easy to navigate and the detail needed to be entered to get advise are very easy to follow. In my case a debt management plan was advised and the setup and monthly management of this has been seamless and stress free. When I have had to speak to SC they have been very friendly and understanding everytime. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Easy Application Process

Applying for a personal loan was very quick and straight forward. I was accepted and have got a great rate. I also have an on-line account where I can track my loan and even make extra payments if I am able to, if not the monthly direct debit comes out of my current account on the same date each month.
