Fabulous staff

We have numerous savings accounts with the Leek United at Oakengates, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, always ready to answer any questions and recently with the death of my Mum and the closing of her account they were second to none, compassionate and professional and friendly, always ready to listen. Super staff and a great service

Our local Leek is based in Oakengates, honestly speaking it is the staff that make it for me and my family - they are so friendly whilst being very professional, all the staff are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, much nicer than other building society's where you are just another face.
