Good app and excellent customer service

Never had an issue with using the card. Had an issue with a retailer and customer service from Zable is excellent. Would just like to see in app chat feature to save having to phone them. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

A challenger bank traditional banks should worry about!

I have been with Monzo for over a year and they have provided a reliable service you can depend on, something traditional banks do not. The app is updated regularly with new innovative features that fit in with today’s lifestyle. Easy to open and easy to use. The only slight criticism I have is that because they have grown so rapidly customer service response time has become slower, although they are working on this. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
