Nothing online functions as it should.takes hours to...

Nothing online functions as it should,takes hours to get someone on the phone,probably the cleaner owing to the lack of pension knowledge,been trying for 5 months to get my funds out and over to nest,avoid these clowns at all costs .very proficient at taking money, unobtainable when you need it back .Only one star as cannot give half.
