Worse than a cornershop - avoid

They have multiple websites giving different information about the same product. They don't carry out instructions for changing Investments, nor do they inform why it has not been carried out. They couldn't process a transfer in 6 months. Reviewed on: 16th August 2026

It's not a proper Bank.

It's not a proper Bank. It doesn't show your Biscuit Current account when you log into their website. The transaction dates do not match at times. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

It's not a Proper Bank. One can't see the Current Account (Biscuit) by logging in to their website. The transaction dates are wrong on the App and the Balance doesn't tally with the Actual Balance. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026
