Always efficient.

Always efficient. Love the texts to tell me that a deposit has been received. Really appreciate that they are quick to raise interest rates when appropriate and are definitely not the first to lower them when times change. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Communication is great

Very quick to acknowledge a deposit and also to raise interest rates when possible, unlike some other banks I could mention. The website is well designed and easy to use. Good at communicating when necessary but don’t overwhelm me with rubbish emails. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

RCI treat savers as real people

RCI are always quick to pass on rises in interest rates even though sometimes they have to tell us they are going down. I love that they always text to let us know that deposits have arrived safely. Their website is clear and easy to navigate Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

Always up to date.

Always up to date. Appreciate texts confirming payments in. Seem to be as quick (or at least quicker than other banks) to raise interest rates as some are to lower them. Website easy to navigate as is the app. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
