Review of the Triodos Bank, Current account:

Outstanding, principled bank.

I've used Triodos for around 18 months and they've been excellent all that time. More than anything else, I'm happy that money I have deposited with them isn't used for purposes that harm the planet, no fossil fuel investments, etc. It's great to see a bank take a principled stand when so many other compromise on these in the interest of profit. Beyond that, their app and online banking work nicely, application processes are really simple and their communications are more interesting and informative than other banks (while also being respectful of my time by not spamming me). I have no idea how good their customer service is, because I have absolutely no need to use them - there are never any problems! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
