Always a friendly and informed response

On the odd occasion I have had to phone Triodos Bank it has been a very pleasant experience. The phone is answered promptly, the person seems very knowledgeable, is very helpful and friendly. Up to date any queries have been answered and problems sorted. It actually feels as though you’re speaking to someone over the counter in a bank. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
