Triodos blew me away.

Triodos blew me away. I was living in my overdraft. They got in touch told me they were closing my OD facility. They cleared the debt and since that day, I have managed my account successfully. In my experience, Banks don't behave like that. I had to ring them up to ask if it was for real. It felt sensible. It genuinely helped. All too often banks throw credit at customers, happy for them to owe thousands. I am a customer for life as a result. I will continue to recommend them. It felt different. It felt personal. Triodos feels new, feels positive, feels different

Triodos breaks the banking norm. Its a very personal experience. They helped me when I needed support managing my debt and enabled me to be more responsible moving forward. (They have a customer for life as a result.) You get a sense that they don't take unnecessary risk and that they look holistically at their lending. It feels new, it feels positive, it feels different. It feels like a community and not a business. I wish more banks took the same approach. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
