they were understanding in sorting charges out

I HAVE EXPERIENCED GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM SPEAKING WITH THEM PHONE BANKING

I NEEDED TO CHANGE DETAILS AND SET UP PAYMENTS ON THE ACCOUNT WAS HAVING TROUBLE ONLINE DUE TO MY INTERNET SIGNAL PHONED THEM UP TO SORT IT OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS DONE VERY SIMPLY AND SWIFTLY MAKING SURE THEY FIRST SPOKE TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE ACCOUNT SO THAT IT WAS NOT A FRAUD ACT BY SOMEONE ELSE WHICH IS REASSURING.
