Excellent service

The service I receive from monese is excellent. Everything runs smoothly and I particularly like the notifications for payments that I make. The customer service is brilliant either by live chat or telephone. Not to say there have been many, indeed only ever had to make contact to clarify tech matters relating to the app. My only problem is that the card is only MasterCard and not visa too, because I have come unstuck a couple of times when master card is not accepted, so had to pay cash. None the less I am very pleased overall in comparison to others I have banked with. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019
