First and foremost, the app itself is easy to use, further plenty of different things to explore on the app. Additionally, the customer service team is amazing, they are understanding, kind and most importantly helpful. From handling bank disputes to personal matters. A friend recommended me Revolut over a year ago, and I have no regrets. I use it as a day to day bank for all kinds of purchases, savings and more! I’m not one to usually leave reviews, however I really do feel like Revolut deserve a good review. Reviewed on: 10th December 2025

So worth the bank swap!

A friend convinced me to swap banks and bank with Revolut. I then swapped to Revolut where i purchased the metal plan. Overall, the app is very easy to navigate, all my finances are kept clear and for someone who is bad with numbers it makes investing and trading crypto easy. I am yet to use their customer services, however I have confidence from how great everything else has been that the customer services will not let down. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
