I have been a customer for approx 6 years, have been very pleased with the service I have received. When interest rates were low, and the bank were offering a better rate for new customers I received the same new rate, automatically. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Excellent Bank

I have had an account with RCI, for some time even before they were registered as a British Bank. I have had excellent service and very competitive interest rates during my time as a customer. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
