Simply knowledgeable friendly staff.

I have been a member of Capital Credit Union for many, many years. I have always found the staff there to be friendly, helpful and approachable. In the office, on the telephone, or online they are always willing and ready to help, whatever problem or question you have. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025

A really brilliant team.

I have been saving with Capital Credit Union for many years, since I was employed with the local authority. I have over the years saved with them to finance many holidays and also to help contribute to our son’s wedding. I have every confidence in the organisation and their wonderful staff. They all do a wonderful job. Anytime I’ve needed to contact them they have always been brilliant. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
