A pleasant and fruitful experience with CCU.

My wife and I were free to pop in CCU HQ at a time to suit us.. We were warmly welcomed by reception and completed our application for a loan with minimal fuss. A few hours later we arrived home to find the approval had been emailed to me. Funds in my account within hours! What a delightful experience - why can't others emulate this?
