Excellent customer service staff always friendly and willing to listen

The staff in Barclays are always willing to go as far as required to answer any queries and solve any issues, they never try to fob customers off with jargon, they will always go that extra distance to solve your issue and are only satisfied when you are. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2019
