HAPPY CUSTOMER

I have experienced the customers service is exemplary. The staff are always very helpful whether I speak to them by phone or if I email them for information they get back to me as soon as possible with the relative answer to my questions. The difference between CCU and major banks is, the CCU really care about their customers, all the staff are always polite and helpful. No matter their circumstances. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
