Disgusted and a total RIP OFF

I had 2 Golden Retrievers insured from puppies by More Than who are ok until you have a claim. My female Goldie tore her cruciate ligament requiring surgical repair. Claim went through fine, recovery requiring hydrotherapy. All went well until I had the next year premium, which increased by 200% and a stipulation that if she tore her other cruciate ligament, she would not be covered.
