AWFUL BEWARE WHEN CANCELING RENEWAL

Tried to cancel my renewal 2 days before , i told them i had sold the vehicle , they then tried to hit me with a £55 policy cancellation fee that i have refused to pay . The telephone operator was awfull and just tried to confuss me firing more and more questions and stating all calls were recorded and i was comitting fraud . I refuse to pay this fee and i wont . Awful company with poor staff with no idea about customer service , i would not recomend anybody using them. To add insult to injury they tried to set up another direct debit to remove the £ 55 without my authorisation , will i was discussing this on the phone with them my bank informs me . Totally fraudlaunt and unproffesional . Reviewed on: 4th February 2019
