Wonderful staff great help for a new saver

I found the bank excellent when I was new to saving I phoned up for advice the gentleman I spoke with took time to go through all my options. I explained I had problems with dyslexia and found situations hard.He was so patient. He phoned me back the next day to see if I had managed to open a savings account!! Also last year I had to phone again for a problem which was sorted out immediately my phone call answered after a few seconds. Your staff are a credit to your company Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
