A Happy Customer

Currently on my third savings account with United Trust. Interest rates are very competitive and information is clear and easy to understand. My accounts have all been opened and serviced online but on the one occasion I wanted to speak to someone I found their customer service excellent . I was able to speak to a real person who was very professional and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Short term savings

Put money in a 6 months bond which provided a good rate of interest over a short period of time. Account was opened online but when I had problems logging into my account and had to contact the bank I found staff very friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
