Full confidence in UTB.

Excellent communication. Whenever I have had to contact UTB I get to speak to a 'person', unlike other Banks. They are always very friendly and always solve any issues I have. I have full confidence in UTB and don't hesitate in reinvesting my money. Always the most competitive on rates. UTB are a win win. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Whenever I have had to telephone United trust bank my call is answered relatively quickly. Always very polite and problems sorted very quickly. Highly recommend United Trust Bank. Just wish all Banks were as efficient and competitive. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
