Friendly and helpful service

It was very easy to set up the account and the customer service has been excellent- real people at the end of a phone call or email, not automated bots. When I was called by a fraudster, Triodos took action immediately. I've been so impressed that my husband and I moved our joint account to Triodos Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
