SCAM never use them! upset and financial loss!!!

I paid a large amount of cash to this company 8 days ago for foreign currency. I thought I'd done my due diligence to ensure they were professional and experienced. THEY ARE NOT!!! They haven't refunded our MONEY. You can't speak to anyone. Total scam. Caused huge distress and lost a vast sum I worked extremely hard for !! How dare they treat people this way!!!
