Not happy

Have had money disappear from my account constantly from this bank (over 400 AUD), when I live on the other side of the world? Have disputed, emailed and tried calling- yet no response. Obviously not very secure, if people are being frauded due to the lack of identification checks? Had to no cancel my own cards, and bank account. Not impressed. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019
