Quick, simply, friendly.

I applied for a loan online. I received a call within in a few hours and was approved. Money was In my bank a few days later. The adviser that called was professional and efficient. I called after to change my payment date - it really felt like the adviser was delighted to help. She told me it was their job to make the customer life easier - and i believed her. I would use Shawbrook bank again and highly recommend. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019
