Mobile app is amazing

I took for granted all the features on my mobile app .. assuming all banks had the same. One day my husband needed to do something so I told him to use the app ... however when he signed in he didn’t have the function to cancel his card .. and upon closer inspection he only had a view transaction and balance function. His service was so Minimal it really highlighted how great the NW app is - and how convenient it is for my every day banking. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019
