It’s been a good place to keep my Cash ISA

It’s been a good place to keep my Cash ISA after transferring in last year. Granted, rates have dropped but so have they everywhere else and Moneyfarm have kept me informed all the way, which I am very grateful for. They are clearly more aligned with stocks and Shares but do not pressure you to go down that path, something I wouldn't take up anyway,but they do keep you abreast of what they have to offer, no pressure at all and I like that. Don’t bother, they won’t communicate

I’m in the process of moving a cash ISA from them to another provider and because they haven’t returned contact to the third part , I have made numerous attempts to contact them. They make it extreme awkward to locate a given chat site to sodas sith them and my experiences over this week and last is that you get thru to someone on chat who then has to pass you to the ISA Department. I waited well over 50 minutes last Friday and again this Tuesday and gave up trying to get a response from them. It’s ridiculous tgat customer wanting an update to a money transaction is denied access to ‘ a Customer Support Operator’ and moving forward, I will never use Zopa again if and when I finally obtain an answer from them. I left my Tel number in the chat yesterday, I have heard nothing from them. Totally unprofessional Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I have been with Atom as a Saving customer on and off, depending on the Interest Rate fir a good few yrs now, in fact since they first entered the App Based Market. I have always found them competitive, professional and top if their game if I ever need to make contact with them on an enquiry. They have been one of the best Banks to Save with and their App is one if the most straight forward ones to use on the Internet.
