Quick and easy service

I applied online for a loan with Shawbrook and it was extremely quick and easy. They agreed my loan in a few minutes and the forms were simple and completed in a few minutes more. The legal paperwork arrived in a couple of days and was very clear and precise, setting out exactly what had been agreed, their obligations as a lender and my obligations as a borrower, together with any fixed extra charges that might apply for late or missed payments etc. No small print with hidden surprises .
